Position Details: 

Northwood University seeks a highly qualified candidate to serve as a Program Center Manager/Admissions Representative for our Macomb Program Center.

Responsibilities of this position include overseeing the efficient and effective day-to-day operations of the Macomb Program Center, located at Macomb Community College’s University Center, which entails operating as point of primary contact in the coordination of local Macomb/NU students; responsibility for admissions, recruitment of new students, retention of current students and student advising for undergraduate programs; providing students with easy administrative interface for student services and problem resolution from admission to graduation.

The Program Center Manager/Admissions Representative should possess a Bachelor’s degree; have strong computer and leadership skills; be goal oriented; have excellent written and oral communications skills that will transcend diverse audiences; be a self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication, networking and presentation skills and possess the ability to work well in a true team environment. Operations experience in higher education is preferred.
