Position: High School Secondary Mathematics Teacher (EX 6-12 or DX 6-12) 

 

Location: Potterville High/Middle School 

 

Salary range: Salary commensurate per the current Potterville Education Association teacher contract

 

Reports To: High School/Middle School Principal 

 

Qualifications:

Must possess one of the following:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher 
  • Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate 
  • Endorsements in EX 6-12 or DX 6-12 certifications will be considered 
  • Additional endorsements preferred
  • Strong base in the subject area content, common core standards, and Michigan Merit Curriculum standards 
  • Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with students, staff, parents, and district colleagues 
  • Demonstrated ability to sustain and improve student achievement outcomes 
  • Willingness to contribute to a safe school climate of high expectations and strong collaboration, high staff and student morale, and positive community involvement
